Troubleshooting

Your App crash sometimes when you shoot a SAM down? This bug is fixed in the 1.31 update available now in the Appstore for free. 



Before everything:
Download the latest IOS(= iPhone or iPod Operating System)  available for your device, if you want H-ELITE to run properly. This can be done with iTunes.

Question/Answers:

Q: H-ELITE automatically stops after the splash screen. What happens?
A: H-ELITE is compatible with:
- iPhone 4
- iPhone 3GS
- iPod touch 3rd generation 32Go & 64Go (Not with 8Go)
- iPod touch 4th generation 

So, if your device is not in this list, H-ELITE won't run.


Q: I have an iPhone 3, and H-ELITE doesn't start. Is it normal ?
A: Yes, iPhone3 components (CPU and GPU) are not powerful enough to run H-ELITE. Refer to the compatible device list.


Q: I have an iPod touch 3G 8Go, and H-ELITE doesn't start. Is it normal ?
A: Yes, the iPod 3G 8Go has the same electronics as the "old" iPhone 3, which is not powerful enough to run H-ELITE. Refer to the compatible device list in the App description!


Q: I have an iPad, I already downloaded H-ELITE and it doesn't run, what can I do ?







A: That's normal, don't worry, don't throw your iPad in the toilets! ;-) . Just wait for iPad compatible update in the AppStore.
As soon as it is available, download it for free, and H-ELITE will run on your iPad !

Q: I have an iPod4G 8go. H-ELITE stops after a few seconds during the initial animation.
A: this problem seems to appear with "old" IOS versions. After an IOS update to the latest version, everything runs well.

    I'f got a Ipod touch 4th gen. It crashes sometimes.
    Without any reason?

    Dear User,
    This issue is well known. it occurs when the IOS (=Ipod Operating System) is a bit "old". H-ELITE needs a recent version to run well: at least a 4.3.x
    So we suggest you to download the latest IOS and install it on your iPod, everything will then get back in order.

    How to update your IOS:
    It's quite simple: connect your ipod to your PC or MAC on which iTunes is installed. Launch iTunes, your device shall appear in the main menu (on the left hand side). Select your iPod, and in the main window, there is an button which allow you to update your IOS. clic and let iTunes guide you.

    Good luck and feel free to get back in touch in case you have any difficulty.

    I have an IPOD TOUCH 4g 8th, on the first mission, when I kill the last insurgent my game resets to my home screen, an doesn't show in the logbook that I have completed the mission, any ideas how to remedy this ?.

    Crashes on the iPod 4rth gen can occur when the IOS (=Ipod Operating System) is a bit "old". Did you download and install the latest IOS?

    The description of the full version of H- Elite states that is IPad compatible........however this isn't the case and only after downloading and trying to launch it did I find via this 'troubleshooting' section that the IPad version isn't available yet!

    Hi Paradaz,
    That's right. As stated in the App description, Compatible devices are (at the moment at least) :
    -iPhone 4
    -iPhone 3GS
    -iPod touch 3rd generation 32GB & 64GB
    -iPod touch 4th generation

    We have a lot of demand for an iPad version, so we will shortly offer an iPad compatible free update. Thanks for your patience.

    Hi there,
    I love the game, but I find that it crashes halfway through missions. It always happens just as things are getting interesting. What is the problem? I am running the latest version of iOS, and no other apps are running. I am using an iPhone 4.

    It happens on mission 1 and mission 2. I haven't tried the others yet. It always happens just as I destroy a SAM site if that helps.

    It's happening on Mission 1 and Mission 2-as soon as I kill a SAM, it crashes to my home screen & I have to restart the game. I haven't tried any of the other missions yet because of the frustration.

    It's now fixed, and it will be available soon in the 1.31 update.

    My ipod touch 4gen crashs when i blow up the last sam site on mission 1, when i reload the game my logbook says i have not completed that mission, can you help,

    Hello, the app doesnt run on my ipod 32GB anymore since two weeks. Is this a known bug? I have deleted and re-installed without success. It used to run perfectly. After the splashscreen, I get a dark blank screen and then returns to desktop.

    hi, first great app well done. i am running on Ipad 2, but it doesn't auto rotate on screen, subsequently when plugged into large monitor through apple HDMI connection its 90 degrees out.
